Using templates

Hi,

I am using the templates, but when I attempt to save them either as a new workbook or a template, I throw off the dates on the axis, and am not sure why? For example, I update the time chart templates using my data, but cannot save them without the formulas showing on the workbook, which I do not want. How can I save a template with my data in it, and retain the proper formatting, without showing the original tables/formulas? What am I doing wrong when saving? Thanks!!
