Here is my sheet where i have user form when i put Room # 101 in the user form text box 1

all the data will fill the row correspondence Like below


Room # Guest Name Rate Ldg Paid Ldg Code

101 Sunny $55 $59.99 2

107 this one

When i fill user form and put data like Room 101 name Sunny Rate $53 Ldg paid $59.99 LDg Code 2


It suppose to fill 101 row and across when i put room 107 it suppose to fill the 107 and across is this possible with macros.

That is not what i am looking for. I wanted to fill the row when i put Room 101 so that correspond row will fill the data when i put another room 103 then it will fill 103 row

I could not open your sample file maybe thats where the mix up is coming from.


In my smaple sheet, when i put a room number as 3, it fills the data in row 2, room number 4, fills data in row 4.


Maybe you could explain again.
