User form

Dear Sir,

I wanted to create user form and wanted to generated data in the attached sheet “report” format.

Wherever it’s a yellow color wanted to choose data from List like data validation.

Orange Highlighted column to put manually in user form and generate data as same as report sheet.

Select each Column at a time say B2:B1000 or where ever you think you need data
Goto the Data, Data Validation, Data Validation tab


Repeat for the other Yellow Columns

I would also use Named Formula instead of Ranges
eg: setup a Named Formula called: Vehicles
Vehicles: =OFFSET('Options to choose.'!$B$4,,,COUNTA('Options to choose.'!$B:$B)-1,1)
Then in the Data Validation setup



The advantage of doing this is that the Validation range will expand/contract as data is added or removed from the Vehicles list
