Urban planning visualisation using charts

Hello everyone.
I am trying to create a simple 3D chart that helps visualise urban planning visualisation and guidelines on data entry.
The inputs would be as follows
Plot area = Numerical = The 'base' on which the building would sit.
Setback = Numercial = The area within the plot area where building would be allowed to be built
Ground Coverage = % = The % of the Plot area which represents the maximum ground area that a building can occupy. This area should be less than the setback - one of the checks we like to be able to visualise.
Floors = Numerical = The height of the building extension that would be extruded from the Ground coverage.
A simple visualisation of this 'finished' product is attached in the ppt. Ideally i would like to see each 'floor' marked out, the graph as a transparent envelope, and all the elements labelled to help understand the visualisation so that dynamic updates and impacts can be seen. Also a shadow would be an awesome affect to have too!!
Any help would be appreciated!!!
Manosh

I have to go out so I haven't annotated the Buildiong Offsets yet
Will get to that later today

Hi Hui,
What a great start!
The dynamic nature on the 2D plot is perfect, that really give a nice sense of what the "nature" of the plot and particularly its width to depth ratio.
It would be excellent to be able to grasp this dynamism in the 3d too, as most people understand the 3d more than the plan...
Maybe the green area is = 100% and in the proportion of the Width to depth, and instead of the fixed '10' that number for the stacked chart is the ground coverage?

Try this revised version

I have increased levels to 10
Fixed an error in some of the Arrow Locations
Added the offsets
added dimensions to all measurements

Excels 3D charts gave limited functionality
I'd suggest my musty story chart is as good as you'll get

I'd also change the formula in C19 to:
="Block : "&TEXT(C5,"0,###")&" sq. m"&CHAR(10)&"Build : "&TEXT(C15,"0,###")&" sq. m"&CHAR(10)&TEXT(B15,"0.0%")
Okey dokey!
Its already light years of what i was struggling with so many many thanks!!
