When I am trying to open my workbook"SHEET1 " workbook getting open automatically.

Excel will open the file to the last worksheet in use unless you use some VBA to direct it where you want it to open
Goto VBA
Double click on your file
then type the following code in the Code Pane of the Workbook, not the worksheets
Save the file as a *.xlsm or *.xlsb file type
