If miss 'Population' then You would get an idea from this...
I didn't make it ready ... that You would do some formulas Yourself.
But, it will show 'how to make a chart like 'above link'.

Some of the data are subsets of others
employed + unemployed + not in = population
no search in past year & no search in past month are subsets of unemployed (but not all unemployed fit these two categories)

(1) Did you use a stacked bar chart with different colors?
(2) how did you get the image of the "person"

Okay, You just send some misinformation (the data values are...),
but basic idea would still work!
(1) Yes. Did You try to check that sample?
(2) As You have checked 'Format Data Series's Fill-option ...
There can also use 'Picture' instead of 'color' (as well as few more possibilities).
