Unable to Extract InnerText using "getElementbyId"

Hi,

Can somebody tell me how to extract the innertext from HTML Table. I have attached the specific html file. I tried a lot but no joy. Basically its a table where I need to extract the employee size. i.e 925, 1400, 442 & so on. Rest is done from my end.
