Trying to get a mirror image, need some help with formula

I am trying to wrap my brain around how to write a formula to get a mirror image of this. I have several 1000's or rows I want to do this to. Can anyone help.

Hi,

Are the colours significant? If you just want mirror values then have a look at your file.

If the colour is significant you can easily do that with conditional formatting. Second file with Conditional formatting added.

I do not feel as if I am bumping as my other question has been answered. The other post was how do I get the E to change to an O and a U to a D. Once this was done and I ran about 1000 rows I realized pretty quick that this was not want I was really wanting to do. If you look at the other post and compare it to this one you will see they are two totally different events I am asking for IMHO

Mike, excellent and thank you so much. I could not wrap my brain around how to do this and I will set up up CF for them
