Transpose data into another WS

Hi All,

I have installments paid by customers in horizontal format for each apartment sold that I need to convert to vertical format. The format for each unit is fixed containing 17 rows e.g unit 1 is from row 1 to row 17, unit 2 from row 18-34...........................

I have attached spreadsheet with Input tab (that contains the existing horizontal format) & Result tab that contains desired outcome.

Can you please help with the code or formula whatever is optimal. I tried to search but couldn't find the solution that can help.

I have tried and found solution for transpose with OFFSET but still require help to apply it consistently. I have posted the question in Excel Formula forum.
