Transition Formula from current day to day after.

I am trying to schedule multiple individuals in a 30 min interval basis for the day, for the entire week given the attached interface. I am having issues transitioning the data from the current day to the day after which is an example (Employee 3) in the attached file. Is the attached user interface for scheduling applicable for a weekly basis? or should there be another interface that will provide the same results?

I would do the schedule in the Top panel but extend it across 6 days x 48 Thirty min periods
Do the weekly schedule in the above panel

Then setup a daily report for each day which looks up the schedule and simply reports it as Days 1 -7
