transform cells value between 2 workbooks with multi-sheets

Hi,
The problem:
Using excel 2007 and given 2 workbooks "wbA" and "wbB", what I want is to transform some cells value from wbA.sheet(i+const) to different cells locations in wbB.sheet(i).

Is there a tool or a macro for this task that I can start to customize it?!

More info:
if I can write a formula in the first sheet of wbB then I can create just a copy of it to get the next sheet; then some how when I break the link I will got only the value.

I tried Indirect() function but I can't break the links.

I am not sure what you are after, do you want to Copy/Paste Values, from Wba to Wbb?

Unless I'm missing something you can type this anywhere you want in workbook wbB:
='[wbA.xlsx](1)'!$B$1
and you'll be referencing the value at cell B1 in workbook wbA. If it's what you want, tweak the address for each cell and copy the formula.
