Transfering data to second worksheet for printing membership cards.

I only use Excel for a membership list of 100+ members but now want to print membership cards. I have formatted a sheet with the card layout to print 3 cards per 8.5" x 11" standard page. I want to extract the name, address, member#, from sheet A and place this into sheet B that only has 3 lines for this data. I am trying to move the data into sheet B 3 lines at a time so that it will print the 100+ cards in a continuous manner. I have very little experience with formulas etc. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
 
Don, perhaps an easier method would be to use the Mail Merge feature in Microsoft Word. You can use or design a template to setup your card layout and then tell Word to create membership cards based on your Excel spreadsheet. I found this tutorial which might be of use to you:
