Please provide the formula to get transaction value from given excel sheet

not sure what you after - also what version of excel
i dont understand the dates that are in column M , and why , they seem to be different days of the week

i would need an explanation of what you need to help and as i say what version of excel, and the expected results
 
Column M are Unique dates to calculate Interest on Closing Balance based on column A
Actually I Need a formula for the column B , Required values in the column C By Entering Manual.

You again have values in those cells - are these your expected results in column C , if so how are they calculated ?
 
I am using excel 2016
my expected result is the transaction value of partcular transaction with the bank they provided only one line not separated

you want to pull out the value in the text
so from
AA409336 SAVALA SUMALATHA 18,000.00 24,72,697.61DR
you want 18,000.00 - which has a comma and 1st , in the text
BUT then
S31952625 fd8b8U3 UPIAB/334696660259/CR/Mr 1.00 22,49,196.61DR
is 1.00
and so NOT the first , but the first .
however the string has dots and , - so not sure how to identify the transaction
other than seems to be the first number in the string with either a comma , or a dot .

is that what you want , and in the real data - is it ALWAYS the first number in the string with either a comma , or a dot .

i'm sure someone can use substitute() or something in version 2016 - I would use textafter() and textbefore() or textsplit() - BUT they are all later excel versions and NOT available in 2016 - hence why I'm not sure i can help you here

but i hoped to clarify the requirement and get some rules around the extraction which may help other members if VERY CLEAR on what you want exactly
