Track Weekly Changes

Hi
I have head count on a weekly basis and I want to stick a formulae in here to check the count in the previous weeks(Apr Wk 1-5) and if different in (May Wk 1) to say Different /check. i have tried a few iterations of if formulae but i have to change constantly,can you please help?

Not certain which row/s you are speaking of but I guessed it was the colored rows ?

Here is the formula:

=IF(AND(F18=A18,F18=B18,F18=C18,F18=D18,F18=E18),"Check","Difference")
