Trace Precedents

Hi,

I have a set of data in sheet1 and sheet2 by using Trace Precedents is it possible to figure out all the cells in both the sheets.

Example i have formula in sheet1 on E4 = E3+Sheet2!E3. Now by using Trace Precedents i am able to find out the E3 (sheets1) cells but it is not selecting Sheet2!E3.

Thanks,

Hi Suresh,

I know.. Its possible to select both Sheet1-E3 & Sheeet3-E3.. But I think its not possible to select Sheet1-E3 & Sheet1-E4..

So it will be foolish to check.. if All reference are SAME LOCATION, then only select all Precedent & Dependent Cell..

If you have any idea in mind.. then I can try to convert it to MACRO.. Pleas suggest..

Regards,

Deb
