Dear Friend,

I have 23:50:00 (11:50 PM) in A1 and 00:05:00 (12:05 AM) in B1. I Subtracts B1-A1 I am getting an error.

Kindly help me to solve this problem.

Change formula to:
=(B1<A1)+B1-A1

I am still facing the #### errors if update the formula to =(B1-A1)+B1-A1.

Oops, my apologies. That is my fault. Formula should have been:
=(B1<A1)+B1-A1
