Time Format Conversion to Text

Hi Everyone,

Please help me figure this one out; I need to sort/add up all those transaction counts from Sheet1 so that it would fill in the columns on a per-time basis on Sheet2. i.e. those transactions from 9:00 to 9:59 would add up to column 09; 10:00-10:59 to column 10, and so on... (please see attached file)
