hi ,

i need one excel formula for time calculation acording to service window and working Hrs.i have data with me like below

Hi Anu ,

When you have no problem with posting your data , it would make it more convenient for members to answer , if you could put the same data in a workbook , and upload the workbook.

thank you for reply i need the calculation based on net woking days ana hours.like if ticket date 25-oct-13 17:00 and arival is 26-oct-13 9:30 then response time like 1:00 .as service hours 9 to 17:30.
