Create a Name "MonthList"

Refers to range where you need to mention all Month name.. (It can be done using Formula, But use name range for future prospect) like Below..

take care.. Dont let EXCEL to convert it DATE.. as you are searching for TEXT.. In future you can use this for NAME search also..

Now in B2 Write Formulas as
