Text parser. Need help to find out a more elegant formula

You are looking a solution for Google sheet or excel?
You are looking to just extract the first block of text from the long text.

The sample is a google sheet (easier to share), but the formula should be similar in both programs.

The text could be at any position. Not necesarily the first block.
 
If you are going to get serious about parsing text you will probably need to use regular expressions from the scripting library. If you search for 'RegEx' you should find a file I posted with some borrowed UDFs (user defined functions) that accepts RegEx patterns and return matches.

There are a lot of other discussions that will be returned and maybe some of those would help.
