Text Mapping

Hello Everyone..


I am trying to map two lists (1-o-1 matching). With the help of functions/formulae, i am able to achieve this text matching to some extent..but there are cases where i am failing miserably. Have uploaded the file to get a better picture of what i am trying to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is this pattern/text matching exercise possible in excel? Pl let me know.
