Take a Year and a Month and make it into one Date

Hi - I have a date April 1, 2021 and a year that I want it to tie to, 2017 - I want to pull the month from the first cell and then pull the year from the second cell, so that in the third cell I have April 1, 2017. If someone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
