Hello,

We need to compile and tabulate the food survey report of 1000 + employee can you please suggest method or way...we need to present the report to Top Management

Unless you upload your workbook with enough data in it , I doubt that others can offer any concrete suggestions.

This is quite a complex application , and it is doubtful if you can get quick answers.

1. There are a lot of fields based on which the data can be summarized , and developing the calculations required for these is going to take time.

2. Since the application itself is in your domain , only you can say what your senior management will be looking for from a summary dashboard. Members of an Excel forum can only contribute to developing the dashboard the way you want it.

3. The kind of responses that have been entered against each of the fields need to be summarized in a manner that a weighted measure can be derived which will represent that category in the best possible manner.

For example , suppose we consider the values 4 , 3 , 3 , 4 against the fields Flavour , Presentation , Freshness and Choice. In what way can this be compared or combined with the values 3 , 4 , 4 , 3 for the same fields ?

Secondly , suppose one row of values is 3 , 5 , 5 , 5 ; how are we to consolidate this set of values with another set of values such as 1 , 1 , 1 , 1 ?
These two sets are so wide apart that probably one of them should be rejected outright !

We can come up with many more comments , but the plain fact is that you need to tell us what you want , and then we can see how it can be done.
