Stock Replenishment

Hi Everyone, I am wondering if anyone has had experience building a template to record stock replenishment levels for a company and associated dashboard? Does anyone have any input or suggestions as to how to analyse the historical numbers using excel most effectively? Any insight would be appreciated.
 
Doesn't have a fancy dashboard, but this tutorial shows how to build a nice userForm that lets you track inventory and stores the info. Records are displayed in a PivotTable. Perhaps it will help you get started?

I am using some spreadsheets via data from ERP system. Are you asking for technical know how n creating the dashboard or the methods by which replenishment is tracked?

There are various ways to do so from the simplistic to the complex. Currently, we use stock turns and sell through. Could you elaborate on your requirements?
