Stock Movements

I have a problem with my stock movements sheet.

Hopefully someone can help me.


An example:


If i want to move 100 from A200 to A100 & it move the 100 from A200.

How can i do this in one row instead of doing a -100 from A200 then on another row putting 100 in A100.


I will be grateful for any help on this.

Unless you add the value to one cell and subtract it from the other cell either manually or via formula there is no other way to do what you want


If you define what you want to do more precisely we may be able to help better

According to my understanding you are trying to move the stock from location A200 to A100. So you do as follows:


A200 -100

A100 +100


Instead of this, to capture the information in single line, you can do as follows:


Source Destination Qty

A200 A100 100
