Stakeholders Analysis Map

Hello,

I would like to visualize a table of stakeholders analysis but I don't sure how. I think the best way is "Bubble" Chart but I don't know how to do it.

Can you please support me?

Hi Oren ,

Googling this gives the following results :

1. http://englundpmc.com/Sample stakeholder chart & matrix.xls

This has a configurable chart , but it shows just 2 stakeholders ; I have no idea whether you can add more

2. http://www.exinfm.com/project_files/2.03 Stakeholder_Analysis.xls

This has a template which makes use of shapes to insert the stakeholders' names into the quadrants ; it is all manual , but if you are in a hurry , it does not take time to replace the textbox captions.
