Stacked column chart

I'm trying to create a stacked column chart. Hard to explain so below is a screenshot of what I'm trying to accomplish. Each "repeat call tier" (Other) needs to be it's own column and the call types (Medical, Claims Status, etc) need to make up the call tier column. I can't for the life of me get it to work.

Hi ,

I think a stacked column chart will make it difficult to compare across the different call tiers , since one call tier may have one call type while the other call tier may not.

If you use a clustered column chart then the absence of a particular call type will be shown by a missing bar.

hui, it's kind of what i'm looking for, but i need "verifying requests" as it's own column next to the "other" column. I'm not sure why you put repeated and non-repeated, that's not from my data example.
