Stack Data show in graphical way

Hi

I have stack Data in That Productivity % & Quality % employee wise i want to show these data in graphical way which graph is good to indicate these please tell me. If i select One Employee then Data show in graphical way. I think Speedo meeter show good but i want to indicate Both % please help me

Normally for Stacked or Cumulative data I would recommend a Stacked Column Chart

But if you really want you could use a Speedo chart with 2 needles

You could color the needles different colors I suppose? Or, have the data label display both the value and the name of what it's tracking.
