One of the tips/secrets to dashboards is that you have to remember that Pies/donuts require data for the full 360 deg of the circle
So if you want a Speedo with just the top half showing you syill need to allow for your data in the bottom half of the chart
ie: If your speedo is going to go from 0 to 1000 then you need a dummy set of data for the hidden bottom half equal to the total of the top half or 1000

The other tip is to set the first slice starting position to 270 Degrees

Beyond those tips posting a set of data is the best way for us to help you
