sparkline for rows

is there any way to do as attached picture? it is like sparklines but for rows.

How to:
1. Insert Column Sparkline with Data Range: D1:D6, Location Range:$C$1:$C$6

2. Set Vertical axis Min & Max to "Same for All Spark Lines"
