Sorting problem. pls help

This is what you should get, your data have not enough detail to sort at third level, please see this file and examine how data is sorted.

I'd bet you a six-pack of Carlsberg that the worksheet is sorted:
1) by column A ascending
2) by column C descending, with range fixed up to row 10 only (but should have got warnings)

... OP seemed to be so sure of his sorting, I was so thirsty in this hot November afternoon, I ran out of my natural beverage, ... that I decided another approach. Who knows! Maybe I'm lucky... :D

A while ago, very soon after noon, 31°C, a higher thermal sensation (31.5°C? ), a leaden sky, no wind blowing, Monday, ... that all configures a hot November afternoon. Specially if just water in the refrigerator.
I should go, but I can't go to the hypermarket until 8 o'clock, after ending the working day.
And no, they don't pay me for advertising... but surely they should, don't they?
