Sorting of data as groups as per the second column

Hello ,

I have 2 columns a. Material , b. Resources.
I want to group Material , which use same set of resources .
Eg material X uses Resources 1 , 2 and 3.
Material Y uses Resources 1, 2 ,4.
Material Z uses Resources 1 , 2 and 3.
So I want to identify Material X and Z together and Material Y as separate.
Please find the attached file. Appreciate your help .

Thanks for the reply , but this is normal sorting .
I require the grouping of materials , which have same set of resources.
Lets say I have a group of 5 resources for a material , so I want the grouping to be done for the bunch of materials , which share those 5 particular resources and so on.
