sorting issues with index match

i used index match function to get data in worksheet but whin i sort data then the formula points to a wrong value .please help me out wiht this.

I sorted the data by Customer and it works ok and maintained values in Columns M & N

Can you give an example of where it isn't working with specific fields and records?
