Hi I require a online tool/software that will allow me to create online Microsoft office assessments which would be hosted on a site.
The main emphasis is that the solution must show the word/powerpoint/excel etc screens.

Can adobe be used to do this?
It must be interactive and for example if assessing excel, the spreadsheet will be visible, with the question. They will actually do the command required and move on to the next question. If they don't get the answer correct, they will have the option to skip the question or retry.
At the end of the test the total score should be automatically calculated and results emailed to the "test person" and myself.
It must have an easy capacity to add or remove questions.
The software must video the the screenshots and allow for the text to be placed.
They would have to sign in so that I could collect their emails etc for following up.
I am sure that there is a "purchased" solution that can do what I want, however, I haven't found it.
