Show Custom Icons according to Values

Guys,

I need your expert help to show the relevant custom icons in Column C according to the values in Column B.

I have attached the file for moe clarity. Your kind help is much appreciated.

You are really a Ninja. You deserve the title.

It took me 5 minutes to understand what you did. Today I have learned somthing really awesome. This is a new dimension of how to use Conditional Fomatting and Wingdings Font together.

May be Chandoo can publish an article on Conditional Formatting using this technique.

One more clarification please....

When I check the Conditional Formatting by keeping the cursor for example in Cell C11 or C16, the Formula there still refers to $D10 only. But there is nothing wrong with the result.

Any reason why it shows only the first value in the Range even when the selection changes? Just for my knowledge.
 
In order to apply formatting to all cells below D10 i have not placed the dollar sign before 10. Please try $D$10 and see results.
