can you help me on how to post 1column with 120 rows likewise 58 column with 120 rows vertically below one after the other.

Tt's a Power Query solution which unpivots the data. It includes blanks as you have in, for example, cell C243. If you don't want this then remove the ReplacedValue step from the query.
If you change the source data on sheet data, you'll need to refresh the result table by clicking on it somewhere and choosing Refresh, or click the Refresh button in the Queries & Connections section of the Data tab of the ribbon.
