Hi All,

Colin from Australia here. I've spent all weekend trying to figure this out (work in Finance - no coding experience :(). If someone could assist me in changing the color of the ovals in the attached based on the rankings in column B, I would be forever in your debt! :D

I'm trying to build a scorecard model. Please feel free to share it :)

Firstly, Welcome to The Chandoo.org Forums

Pls see attached file

Enjoy

(Also from Oz)

The wizard from Oz! What a beautiful piece of code [my attempt was pages long].

Thank you for the welcome and the awesome support. With this piece of code I will be able to finish my model and implement it into the business.

Hope you have an awesome Sunday.

Colin.

Hi Hui,

I thought I would be able to apply conditional formatting to cells so that the interior color of the code would pull back based on color in the field (attached). Do you have any ideas on how this would be possible so that the manual allocation of color is removed?

Appreciate your time.

Colin.

Accessing CF colors is not easy at all

I'd recommend using the Shapes Text value "B-" etc to replicate the colors of the CF

This is implemented here
