Hello

I have a column of 1501 cells. Each cell contains a POBOX number along with a city name separated by a comma similar to the followings:

P.O.Box: 30014, Sharjah

P.O.Box: 33350, Dubai

P.O.Box: 51815, Dubai

P.O.Box: 63379, Dubai

P.O.Box: 6557, Abu Dhabi

I need to separate POBOX numbers from cities, and list POBOX numbers in one column and city names in another column.

I would appreciate a solution.

Thanks

Reza

If your data is in A1 to A5 you could use

B1: =MID(A1,FIND(" ",A1)+1,FIND(",",A1)-FIND(" ",A1)-1)

C1: =RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND(",",A1)-1)

to get the PO Box and City
