Select first and last from list

Good afternoon
I have a long list of users that I need to extract daily there first scan and last scan time from a list sounds simple but I don't know where to start I can use pivot tables etc but this has baffled me, I have attached a sample file

Hi,

you can also try =VLOOKUP(H6,A:C,3,0) to get the First pick
and =LOOKUP(2,1/($A$2:$A$1397=M5),$C$2:$C$1397) to get your Last Pick
