But I'm afraid that the book it's not necessary at all: 100 pages, 1st with a single line and all others blank.
Unique line displays only a dozen of letters: Give me macro.

No its not work properly when i change the data in column A then this will not work

Can you check this array formula.

=IF(OR(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(E2,$A$2:$A$7))),"Yes","No")
