Scaning folder to create worksheets

Hello all,

It is possible for Excel to create automatic worksheets from files that are in the same folder with an workbook?
In folder “Drawings” I have drawings with extension (.dwg) and an excel Workbook named “GeneralData”. I would like this workbook to create a worksheet with the name of the drawing every time a dwg is created. I use excel 2010.

Thank you for your help.

To be more specific, I don't want excel to look inside the drawing. Only to scan the file name.
Thanks

(bold is mine)... No, this can't be done, and my previous comment was referred to the file creation from Autocad (or whatever software).
Regards!

Possible to list the .dwg files at manual launch or at the opening of a workbook for example …
