Scale performance

Hello ,
Looking for some assistance in different ways in representing data results, for now I have created a scale as shown below
5 = 100% pass
4 = 80-99% Pass
3 = 60-79% Pass
2 = 40-59% Pass
1 = 20-39% pass



Is there a way to have my data shown in the fashion below :

Any help will be much appreciated,
