save closed files

Hi all,


I have a large excel (.xlsx) file. It won't open . Can I save it to another format although it is closed and won't open so that it can be opened? It is 48 MB large.

Before you open the file, Try closing all other applications on the PC especially web browsers

Do you have access to another PC with more memory?

Have you tried Opening with Repair ?
