Reverse Lookup Function

I want to pick left side value from using Lookup function as per below table. i want slab result

There is a slightly different (better?) form of LOOKUP that returns the result from a vector rather than the right-most column of an array. Using structured references this would read
= LOOKUP( Achieved, Table1[From], Table1[Slab] )

As both Hui and Bosco observed there is also inconsistency in the way in which you have specified percentages so, as it stood, your formula did not return "Yes" from the correct cell.
