A artgirl200 New Member Mar 15, 2011 #1 I do a lot of cutting and pasting of text into my spreadsheet. Is there a way that when I paste it conforms to the format already set? So I dont have to reapply wrap and alignment all the time? Would a template solve this?

Hui Excel Ninja Staff member Mar 15, 2011 #2 If you have word wrap on in the cell you copy, and use Ctrl C and Ctrl V for Copy and Paste it takes the format with you? If using a mouse don't paste Values or Formulas, most of the other paste formats bring word wrap with you. Comments above based on excel 2010
