I Have Applied the Formula But if that cell is RED and ALso if its AMber both is coming it should be either RED OR AMBER or GREEN Any once should come in the condition, plz help me to get the formula

Your regional formula in F14 contains two conditions, if both of these conditions are true (a AND type relations) then you want cell to have Either Green, Amber or Red. Is this correct?
