In that previous post am not mentioned clearly , that my mistake so I created new one ,
I tried to remove that ticket but I can't . So I created new one

So please close that ticket and I request to guide me for better formula method for this ticket.

I have put some COUNTIFS in the yellow cells. Is this the sort of formula you need?
= COUNTIFS(Table1[Priority], Priority,
Table1[Category], Category,
Table1[Aged], ">"&TIME(4,0,0) )
[Be warned. I have used CSE formulas, structured references and names not because they are essential but rather because that is the way I always program Excel]
