I don't know what you mean by Contins and so can happen to others. If you elaborate much more your requirement, it'd be of great help for those who read your post and might be able to aid you.

I am also confused, can you define wheat you mean by Contins ?
Are you trying to do a mail merge? Using word is a better choice if that is what your trying to do, You can still obtain your contacts from an Excel list if you require.

If it's the first case, please try to upload it at any web service and then copy and paste the link here, please.
If it's the second case, can you try to elaborate a list of the type of data (names, addresses, phone numbers, websites) -not the actual data (john, 10 Main St., 09-333 000, www.xxx.com.nz) itself-? If so, perhaps we can help you.
