Require error alert

Hi,


cell "C3" should not more or equal to cell "C1", it should always less than cell "C3"

If cell C3 value is going more than cell C1 then require pop-up / error alert as like data validation error.


Same tried but

Allow: Custom

Formula: =$C$3<$C$1


enter an error / warning message
