Request Formula

Dear Xcel Guru'

Need your assistance, I have the attached sheet wherein I want to put the formula in Cell G1 - This is based on Value in Cell F1 - Look up Col C and when the exact match is found - display the corresponding cell value from Col A (date). In the sheet the Cell F1 = 126,879 so the result in Cell G1 should be 31-12-20 (A62), is this possible.

Formula would be:
=INDEX(A:A,MATCH(F1,C:C,0))

You might have to change the formatting of G1 to display value as a date, if you just see a large number at first.
